Understand that the best coaches don’t wait for someone else to answer their questions for them. They FIND the answers themselves and try new things without waiting for validation from others. We also know there are lots of questions in the beginning, so we want you to show you how to find those answers. You can then teach the coaches you sign up to do the same. This means instead of spending the majority of your time finding answers for your coaches, they can easily find answers themselves, and you will spend more of your time growing your team.

  1. Check COACH FAQS on Team Beachbody. You will find your answer 99% of the time here.
  2. If it is a Shakeology question use the Shakeology FAQs on Team Beachbody.
  3. Still no answer? Google it! or YouTube it!
  4. Still lost? Ask the question on our team page and tag your sponsor in the post.
  5. So now, what if you are really lost? Contact your sponsor!
  6. If they cannot help you contact your upline diamond coach!
